It’s already happening…my spin class is starting to loosen up. Packed classes once filled with members jazzed about accomplishing their new year’s fitness goals and resolutions are starting to go by the wayside. It happens every year. January is packed, February lightens up, and by March class is half-full (no…not because everyone is riding outside!).
14 Apps To Help You Keep Your New Year’s Resolutions
Knowing my audience, I’m sure what I described above doesn’t apply to you, but we all need assistance in setting and keeping our goals and resolutions. Here then I offer up fourteen apps that you can put on your iPhone to help keep you on track. As always, I only recommend apps and software that I personally use, or is used by one of my trusted team members.
1. Evernote
Effortlessly organize notes, receipts, audio, video, websnaps, and photos and sync between all devices (iPhone, iPad, Apple Watch and Computer). Write notes, checklists, and research; clip from anywhere on the web; discuss your work with others, present ideas without creating a slide deck. I use Evernote every hour of every day.
2. Strides and 3. Suru
With Strides, you can track anything you want, because it’s more than a habit tracker; it’s also a SMART goal tracker, with reminders to hold you accountable and charts to keep you motivated.
